SHIPPING
Shipping Time/Expedited Shipping
Most standard orders leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending your location but our standard is 3-day, meaning you will receive your package within three business days. For example, if you order on Saturday, your package will leave our warehouse Tuesday/Wednesday, and you should receive it by the following Monday depending on delivery locations.

International Orders
International shipping (excluding Canada):
We value our customers all over the world and work hard to provide the best shipping policies in the industry. Regardless of the amount of items you order, shipping is just a flat rate of $19.95. Orders will arrive in 2-5 weeks. International shipping is available on most items and countries, but if there are shipping restrictions, we will let you know and if shipping is impossible we will refund your money or work with you to arrange for alternate shipping methods. Please note that manufacturer direct items are not available for international shipping. The destination country may charge duties and import taxes on the shipment. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and can be paid with cash or check. If applicable, the shipping carrier will collect these fees at the time of delivery.
RETURNS:
We want you to enjoy what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. Returns and Exchanges are always available on items that have not been customized or worn.
Our top priority is to provide the best possible service; that is why we want to have the best return policy available. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. Returns must include a receipt and the items must be in original condition, including tags and labels. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

2. You should receive an auto-response with instructions on how to handle your return. If the return is our fault, we’ll cover the shipping.
3. If you’re returning from outside the U.S., please send your package with a copy of your transaction receipt, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice (we recommend UPS or USPS Priority Mail). Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and have it traceable.

Convenient Returns

1. Complete the Return and Exchange form you received with your shipment or print a new Return and Exchange form. (You will need Acrobat Reader to view this document. You may download it at http://www.adobe.com). Include it with the item(s) you're returning.
2. Place the return label from your package on the return. If you use this label, we’ll deduct $5.50 from the credit you'll be receiving to cover return shipping costs. If the return is our fault, we’ll cover the shipping.
3. If you’re returning from outside the U.S., or don’t want to use our label, please send your package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice (we recommend UPS or USPS Priority Mail). Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and have it traceable.

We'll handle your return within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase. If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item.
Exchanges
We will process exchanges wherever Shanafans T-shirts are sold, if you are unable to find a convenient location, please complete the transaction as a return and new purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products

Product Warranties
Shanafans sells 100% cotton pre-shrunk t-shirts, failure to operate the shirt under the guidelines suggested by the manufacturers tag voids any warranties. All Shanafans merchandise is inspected before packaging to ensure 100% reliability and customer satisfaction.
